Five for Friday-Classroom Reveal!

Post may contain affiliate links to materials I recommend.

I'm linking up today with Doodle Bugs Teaching for Five For Friday!

I have to admit that my first couple of pictures are not from this week, but September was crazy busy!  Busy but great in my classroom!  I am really enjoying my group of kids this year, so sweet!

Once school starts, my flowers end up so neglected, but I'm trying to keep my window boxes going as long as possible!  A couple weekends ago I spruced them up, as they had begun to look a bit sad.  I trimmed up the ivy and found some great mums in dark red!

I didn't know how mums would do in the shade of the porch so I just added some cute little pumpkins in with the ivy on these.

I love having Fletch and Emmitt to greet me each day when I come home from school.  Emmitt gets so excited and immediately must grab the nearest toy.  Well, sometimes a toy isn't the closest thing...

Michigan football has been amazing so far this season!  If you are a football fan, regardless of what team you root for, you have to see this play from last week's game!

I was seriously screaming my head off when Smith scored this unbelievable touchdown!  The phone rings, and it's my mom.  I answer with, "Did you see that?!"  She says, "We can hear you screaming from our house!"  They know me so well...wonder why I watch every Michigan game alone...

For open house this year, my kids made a welcome flyer for their families.  It was a nice beginning of the year activity.

This was one of my additions to my First Week of School Activities set which you can find in my TPT Store.

I'm finally getting around to my classroom reveal, better late than never!  I spent so many countless hours getting my classroom ready for school to start, but it was all definitely worth it!  It would take me days to explain all the aspects of my room at once, so I'm planning on doing a little at a time throughout the year.  In the meantime, enjoy the tour!

Love your classroom! I'm intrigued by the black beaches between desks! Been looking for something like that for awhile now. Where can I get them?

    1. Actually, my husband and father-in-law built them for me. I told them they could sell them!

  2. I don't know which I love more - your book recommendations or the fact that each table group has it's own dust pan! Sheer brilliance! Can't wait to see more.

  5. Wow! I am in love with your classroom! I love how it looks like a real classroom, all academic and not overkill like some other pictures I have seen on pinterest. But still, looks like such a fun and yet relaxing place to be! Those benches between the desks are so cool!

  7. I absolutely love the posters in your room. EX: Social studies word wall, reading and writing posters, etc.
    Where can I find those?
