Five for Halloween Friday!

It's the night before Halloween and I'm finally getting around to doing a quick post just in time for Five for Friday with Doodle Bugs Teaching!

What's Reading Workshop like the day before Halloween?  No different than any other...

Well, except for the headless horseman reader in the background and the young reader sporting a sophisticated beard!  I had a hard time keeping a straight face as I discreetly captured this moment!

I finished a super book this week, Suspect by Robert Crais.

It was a great suspenseful read about a German Shepherd police dog.  I was hooked in the first few pages!

We are down to the finishing touches on the house, one of which was the railing on the deck.  So glad we went with the wire!  Yes, that is still a dirt backyard :(

Could it finally be happening?!

The moving van is scheduled for Friday, November 7, the day after parent-teacher conferences!  We are keeping our fingers crossed that all the inspections will be done in time!

I put together a new little Halloween game called Trick or Treat Target Addition.

You can find it for free at my TPT Store!

Make sure you check out all the other Five for Friday Halloween fun at Doodle Bugs Teaching!
